APRA Member Therese McCarthy-Hockey will speak on a panel
This Forum will provide an espace for interactive discussion and engagement with IIF Australian members. The Forum will include sessions on the geopolitical landscape, U.S. politics and the implications for trade policy in the Asia-Pacific region, the regulatory agenda, climate risk/sustainable finance, digital finance, the global economic outlook as well as other topics.
APRA Member Therese McCarthy-Hockey will speak at the "regulatory reform and implications for funding, business and markets" panel, which will discuss the global regulatory agenda and the Australian perspective in light of differing Basel III timetables internationally, the implications of new cryptoassets standards and climate risk regulation, the risks of regulatory fragmentation, and what the reforms may mean for funding, business models and for local and international financial markets.
