2025 survey of APRA-regulated entities

Over the next four weeks, the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) will conduct its ninth biennial survey of regulated entities to gain views on APRA’s regulatory approach across a range of activities. This survey assists APRA in assessing its performance and effectiveness.  

APRA has engaged an independent research provider, ORIMA Research, to carry out the survey. In the coming days, ORIMA will send you or the appropriate respondent for your entity an email outlining the processes for completing our survey. Importantly, we ask that your CEO or equivalent formally signs off on your entity’s response to the survey before it is submitted.

APRA conducted its first biennial survey in 2009. The results from all previous surveys, including the most recent in 2023, can be accessed  here.  

Completion of the survey is voluntary; however, we encourage you to respond and to be open and frank in your answers. APRA will not be able to identify individual responses, and the results will be published in aggregate form only.
